Disney doesn't always, i mean seldom, get it right in terms of movie sequels. This one is an upgrade in terms of entertainment and funny bits and a downgrade of plot and storytelling. Overall a good enjoyful movie for both kids and adults. Only problem unsolved for me is the egyptic characters on that map. Nothing more. They departed to find out something buried in history, kind of forced by the nature to do so. And Anna values Elsa more than christoff. Losing Elsa and the one who got her out of loneliness, Olaf, is mentally devastating but as brave as usual, she kept going even without knowing Elsa may be back. The whole story is intact and in proper pace for me.
Music is great the show yourself is in my head for days. Don't know much about visuals but it looks great and it's Disney so I assume people would expect it to be above average a lot.
I understand why people are so frustrated about Frozen2 as I had waited years and welcomed a s* t Kongfu Panda 2. The expectations are so high and the reality is simply plain. But once again, this is meant to be for the kids. Don't add more lines to it or make it longer simply because we adults like it. We may explain to them why dam hurts the nature and why kings tried ruling the tribes. But maybe not ask Disney to do it in this already 100mins movie. It maybe great if there are more bonus or books on how Anna dealt with despair in that cave and this time even without Olaf with her, or how Christoff figured out how to keep relationship with Anna when misunderstandings happen. In one word, plz more bonus episodes.
But this time I am new to Frozen. Watched Frozen the very one day earlier before Frozen 2. No long held expectations keep pushing higher my tastes. But maybe next time, if there is, I will be picky. Hope I don't. The production group is working hard and they did great jobs in Frozen 1 and 2. May they find new ideas soon and start producing it asap.

Basically, what I took from "Frozen II" is that oftentimes, a society's official history is built on a mountain of lies. Read any book by Howard Zinn, Noam Chomsky or James Loewen to see what I mean.
